I've used Skillshare in 2 blocks, one final year and one recently, at that time there haven't been any changes and a growing number of people are complaining of the same issue from the comments of the majority of videos. It's a real issue that has not been addressed.
I've contacted customer support on both events and received substantially the same reaction. It is not their fault, so it is my web due to various problems (none of which really have been issues -- cookies, temporary files, etc) and if they admitted that restricted internet (under 5mb/s) will experience problems, they did nothing to acknowledge just how bad the problem was signed and sent off the emails stating that they had been looking into it. However, they said the exact same a year ago and nothing's changed.
Other websites manage the demands of streaming movies that a hell of a whole lot better and handle issues with much more grace and honesty.
